The Gost Citadel is the largest lot of private land within the city walls of Brightshore.
It is located in the heart and center of the tower district and is owned by Lord Knight Sir Galvan Gost, Head to the Knightly Order of the Black Veil. It was awarded to him by the council for his contributions to the economy and positive efforts toward the enrichment of the City of Brightshore.

The first and foremost goal of Gost Citadel and the Order of the Black Veil is to serve the peoples of Brightshore. The citadel was the largest employer of displaced River District workers during the Construct attack of Year 23. You'll find members of the citadel seek the most dangerous and lucrative work, and donations from the estate are distributed widely.

They have invested in shelters for the destitute, the temples of the four, and in a school called the Gost Academy at the Cleo Catra House. Individual families have also been selected for aid during Galvan's time volunteering as a manual laborer in the River District.

The mansion's construction has not yet been complete. Two floors have been finished of a four floor end plan which is modeled after the several hundred year old manor that once stood in the ruins it is built upon.

At this time the lot includes the two floors of the unfinished mansion with large loounge, a stable, a separate two-story servants' quarters, a garden and topiary.

(The Black Veil Knights are Brightshore's Purple Dragon Knights option from the Sword Coast's Adventurer's Guide.
Simply replace the words “Purple Dragon Knight” with “Knight of the Black Veil” when reading the descriptions.
