Messenger Raven
As an action once per week, you summon forth a dark raven of the Shadowfell to carry for you a small letter or package. This raven both arrives and departs via the darkest nearby shadows, completing its delivery the following day. The recipient may send something back if they choose and it will arrive the day after that.
To send the Messenger Raven, you must either know the recipient's name or be familiar with their appearance. If a package is sent, it must fit in a 1 cubic foot space.
The raven can and is willing to go anywhere at any time, but it refuses to be utilized itself as a weapon. Past services have resulted in unfortunate hits to the raven mail service's credibility, resulting in refused deliveries. Packages, messages, and small goods are all fine. It will not deliver something intended to kill a recipient.
