While attuned, you can expand a charge to summons a friendly rat within 10 feet of the player. The rat follows simple orders and stays around for 1 hour or until its HP falls to 0. The ring has one charge that resets at sunrise. The ring also allows the player to speak to and understand any rat, although non-summoned rats are not friendly by nature.
