Lilura Nuthixa was a powerful, ancient, evil sorceress that once served Kalad. Due to her penchant for controlling possessed dolls, she was known as the Doll General, the Dollsinger, and the Doll Goddess.

At the height of Cathorn's power, she attempted to destroy the city. But she was banished to the Duskfall. There she remained until adventurers discovered and awakened her in 24 BY. Upon her release, she appeared as a 300-ft-tall spectral humanoid with 4 wings and hundreds of dolls orbiting her.

After the Fall of Kinstugi Tower, she attempted to escape the Duskfall, but adventurers managed to destroy her before she could reach Brightshore.
