Indomtiable Malcolm Bradford is the newest member of the council, having called out the council for its inaction regarding external threats to the city at one of his many lavish parties. Bradford is a well known philanthropist and businessman, and funds numerous civic project throughout the city with his vast wealth. His opulent mansion can be found in the Temple District.

Bradford is a tall human with black hair streaked with silver. He's most regularly seen in starkly contrasted black and white formal wear, and he's also noted for his gleaming suit of white plate armor that wears while atop his jet black war stallion.
