For years, Myrtle Mousedipper seemed little more than a legend in Brightshore, a cautionary tale that parents told their children to scare them into being well-behaved: “Don't be bad, or Myrtle Mousedipper will come to steal your soul while you sleep.”

But in Year 23 BY, adventurers encountered the real Myrtle Mousedipper attempting to take the soul of Beauregard Durnquist, a retired priest. The adventurers killed Myrtle.
