Ninseycap runs Ninseycap's Luxury Imports in the Tower District. Her store caters to the wealthy and the elite and has prices to match. Her store is stocked with the finest in luxury goods from Vessar and other areas outside of Brightshore, including items like fine rugs, art, fashionable clothes, furniture, rare wine, perishable delicacies, and other expensive bits and baubles.

Though she primarily caters to Brightshore's wealthy, Ninseycap is herself a friendly and unassuming forest gnome. She cheerily welcomes anyone and everyone who comes into her store with a warm smile and complimentary pastries.
