Male dwarf
Ludo has a long salt-and-pepper beard and hair and almost never speaks. Runs Redwina's Gold and Glittering Trinkets in the Market District with his wife Redwina.
He is somewhat of a hobbyist tinkerer (an example of his work would be a small jeweled bird, which flaps its wings and hops in place when wound up).
