Indomitable Malcolm Bradford was the newest member of the First Council, having called out the council for its inaction regarding external threats to the city at one of his many lavish parties. He is assisting with the transfer of power to the Second Council. Bradford is a well known philanthropist and businessman, and funds numerous civic project throughout the city with his vast wealth. His opulent mansion can be found in the Temple District.

Bradford is a tall human with black hair streaked with silver. He's most regularly seen in starkly contrasted black and white formal wear, and he's also noted for his gleaming suit of white plate armor that wears while atop his jet black war stallion.

Since Bradford's ostentatious estate is one of the few other buildings of note in the Temple District, some townsfolk resent its location and derisively refer to it as the Shrine of Bradford.
