Chancellor Orrin Elegos
Chancellor Orrin is a male half-elf mage who led the expedition to Brightshore with his wife, Jacinta. He serves as the head of the city's council, and has a solemn, observant air about him.
- First among equals within the Council, appoints other council members - Represents the colony during negotiations with other government bodies, receives ambassadors - Works with Council to make decisions and plans, write laws, etc.
- Black hair, cut short; pale skin, burn scars across the left side of his face and neck; strong jaw; brown eyes; 81 years old - Married to Jacinta Savedra [one son, Marco Savedra, age 23] - Very interested in the pursuit of knowledge, truth, and the equal rights of all to pursue it - Sponsors the upkeep and improvement of the Archives, a library of knowledge that is available to the public (subject to his own approval)
