-Rafe works as a part-time investigator and part time pain-in-the-ass at the Central Guard post. He butts heads often with Captain Bolt, who only allows him to stay because of his impressive track record at catching bad guys and solving mysteries. While his responsibilities also include writing up reports and helping to train and guide new volunteer guards, he loathes filling out paperwork and is a bit lackadaisical as a trainer. His father abandoned him and his mother when he was a child, and he refuses to acknowledge his very obvious daddy-issues.
