The staff is composed of an azure colored stone that has been polished smooth. Atop it, set in three tines of the same stone, is a tourmaline that glitters with every color of the rainbow.

As a bonus action, you may invoke the power of the tides to give yourself advantage on a spell attack roll. Once you do so, you have disadvantage on your next spell attack roll. This property may be used three times per day, and recharges at midnight.

Additionally, this staff has seven charges and regains 1d4+3 expended charges daily at midnight. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff turns to seafoam and is destroyed. You may spend charges to cast the following spells:

• Create or Destroy Water: 1 charge
• Gust of Wind: 2 charges
• Tidal Wave: 3 charges
• Control Water: 4 charges
